Will you share my information?
What size are your eggs?
Our plastic eggs are approximately the size of a real egg: 2-3/8 inch long by 1-1/2 inch across.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, formal purchase orders, and checks in advance.
What kind of candy/toys do you use in the eggs?
The candy in our plastic eggs is chewable, individually wrapped, and has a long shelf life. We do not use candies containing peanut products or milk chocolate, as they will melt. We have Tootsie Rolls in 9 flavors and two sizes, Smarties in a 3-tablet pouch, and Slo Poke Bite Size Chewy Caramel. We have 10-15 different toys, as shown in our photos. The toys are not recommended for children under 3 years old.
What colors are the eggs?
We have 6 different pearlized colors: pink, purple, blue, peach, yellow, and green. Each plastic egg is randomly put together with two of the colors listed.
Is your website secure?
Yes, our website is secure. We have installed an SSL Certificate on our site to secure credit card transactions, data transfer, and logins. In addition to an SSL Certificate, we use Virtual Merchant to process credit card transactions. We do not store any credit card information in our website files. How much does shipping cost?
There is no additional shipping cost for FedEx Ground shipments within the 48 contiguous states. A physical address is required because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Do you have any price breaks for larger quantity orders?
Yes! We offer a price break for orders of 10,000 filled eggs in 1,000-count cases, and a second break for orders of 25,000 or more plastic-filled eggs in 1,000-count cases. To qualify for the discount, the eggs must ship in a single shipment to a single destination.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are not required to collect sales tax on any shipment sent outside of Missouri. If you are a Missouri resident, sales tax may be applied unless you already have a tax-exempt number. We will need a copy of your tax-exempt certificate.
Do you carry product liability insurance?
Yes, we carry a 2 million dollar product liability policy.
Do you accept returns?
Sorry, but ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We must be concerned about the product's safety. It is too labor-intensive to re-check its integrity.
Are your plastic eggs made from safe materials?
Yes, our plastic is created from virgin materials that are FDA-approved and certified lead-free.
Are your plastic eggs biodegradable?
Biodegradable plastics can decompose with the help of bacteria or other living organisms, but only when they are properly disposed of. In landfills, they do not naturally break down and can last for hundreds of years. There is also concern that biodegradable materials may release methane gas and certain metals as they fully degrade in a landfill environment. Given the remaining unanswered questions, we have decided not to proceed with that transition at this time. Our plastic eggs can be recycled along with your other plastics.
